Welcome to RentUrDrive, which is owned and operated by its own Platform ("RentUrDrive," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our website (www.renturdrive.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RentUrDrive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and RentUrDrive.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for any changes. If you continue to use our Platform after any modifications, you accept the updated Terms.

3. Additional Terms

Certain areas of RentUrDrive may be subject to additional terms of use, which you agree to by using those areas. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

4. Services Offered

RentUrDrive is an intermediary for chauffeur services, yacht rentals, and desert safari services provided by third-party suppliers. We do not offer these services directly but facilitate bookings between Users and Suppliers.

5. Booking and Payment

When booking services, Users must pay a booking amount as specified. We will email an invoice for all bookings made. Payment can be made by credit card, and any transaction fees are the User’s responsibility.

6. Chauffeur Services

The contract for chauffeur services is between the User and the third-party service provider. We are not a party to this contract and bear no liability for the service. Users must follow local laws and regulations during the ride.

7. Desert Safari

Similarly, the contract for desert safari bookings is between the User and the third-party provider. RentUrDrive is not liable for additional expenses, injuries, or damages incurred during the safari. Users must adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

8. Compliance and Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided and complying with all regulations during the service. Failure to follow the rules may result in penalties or fines, for which the User is liable.

9. Limitation of Liability

RentUrDrive is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses from using our Platform or services. Users participate in activities at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.

Use License & Restrictions

You are granted a temporary license to access and view the materials on RentUrDrive for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, or use the materials commercially. Attempting to reverse engineer the software or remove copyright notations is prohibited. This license will terminate if you violate these restrictions.

Your Responsibilities, Redemption & Refunds

RentUrDrive provides a platform for third-party businesses, and you must register to make purchases. We collect payments on behalf of service providers and send confirmation emails. Cancellation fees apply if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We do not guarantee the quality of products or services.

Limitations

RentUrDrive and its suppliers are not liable for damages from using the materials on RentUrDrive. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials. All refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.

Availability of Platform

We strive to ensure continuous availability of our Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or upgrade work may cause temporary downtime. We accept no liability for interruptions or loss of service.

Links & Third Parties

RentUrDrive may contain links to third-party websites for convenience, but we are not responsible for their content. Users access external sites at their own risk.

Platform Terms of Use Modifications

RentUrDrive may revise its terms of use at any time without notice. Users agree to be bound by the current version of the terms.

Disclaimer

RentUrDrive provides materials "as is" and makes no warranties regarding accuracy or reliability. We do not control external sites linked to RentUrDrive. UAE laws govern any claims relating to RentUrDrive.

Additional Notes

  • Airport transfer includes a single, non-stop journey within the UAE.
  • One airport parking cost is included per service.
  • Chauffeur service cannot be used for repeated shuttling of passengers.

Terms and Conditions for Agents

By using RentUrDrive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Obligations

  • Advertise only available goods/services.
  • Hold a valid trade license in the UAE.
  • Comply with laws and regulations.
  • Provide listed goods/services upon customer presentation of confirmation email.
  • Ensure compliance with legal notices posted on the Platform.
  • Grant RentUrDrive a license to commercialize submitted material.

2. Agreement Term

  • Agreement term is 12 months with automatic renewal unless terminated.
  • RentUrDrive may terminate with 30 days’ notice for any reason.
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations and liabilities.

3. Packages, Fees, and Payment

  • Full payment or post-dated checks are acceptable forms of payment.
  • Fees and package components may change with notice provided.
  • Success fee percentage and VAT, if applicable, will be specified.
  • Payments are transferred weekly; a success fee is due upon booking generation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Originator must pay for paid content.
  • Refunds only if a valid complaint is received.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

  • Exclusion of implied conditions and warranties.
  • Limitation of liability to the amount paid under the agreement.
  • Indemnification of RentUrDrive against third-party claims.

6. General

  • RentUrDrive may change terms with or without notice.
  • No delay in enforcement constitutes waiver.
  • Notice must be sent via email, prepaid post, or facsimile.
  • Assignment of agreement requires written consent.
  • This agreement is governed by UAE law.

Terms and Conditions for Advertisers

By using RentUrDrive, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Obligations

  • Advertise lawful material only.
  • Obtain consent for references to RentUrDrive.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grant RentUrDrive a license to commercialize submitted material.
  • Acknowledge RentUrDrive’s non-endorsement of platform content.

2. Term, Suspension, or Termination of Service

  • Agreement term is three months, with automatic renewal unless terminated.
  • RentUrDrive may suspend or terminate for reasons including non-payment or breach of terms.
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations and liabilities.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • RentUrDrive provides the platform "AS-IS" and disclaims warranties.
  • RentUrDrive is not liable for any damages.
  • Users release RentUrDrive from claims related to platform use.

4. General

  • RentUrDrive may change terms with or without notice.
  • No delay in enforcement constitutes waiver.
  • Notice must be sent via email, prepaid post, or facsimile.
  • Assignment of agreement requires written consent.
  • This agreement is governed by UAE law.
